Beet Salad with Sweet Soy Dressing

Ingredients

  • 4 Red Beets, cooked & peeled
  • 3 oz Leaf Lettuce, mixed
  • 6 Green Onions
  • 1 Dill, bunch
  •  1 Parsley, bunch
  • 1 Mint sprig
  • 2 Tbsp BALI’S BEST® Sweet Soy
  • 3 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 6 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut beets into very thin slices.
  2. Chop spring onions.
  3. Wash and pluck leaves from dill, parsley, & mint sprigs.
  4. Whisk BALI’S BEST® Sweet Soy, vinegar, oil, salt & pepper together to make dressing.
  5. Mix in beets and let them marinate for 2 minutes.
  6. Mix in the green onion, dill, parsley, and mint.
  7. Plate and serve.
