Ingredients<\/strong>
\n2 lbs Pork Butt, sliced into 2 inch strips
\n2 Shallots, pureed
\n2 Garlic cloves, pureed
\n1 \u00bd tsp Cumin
\n1 \u00bd tsp Ground Coriander
\n1 inch Fresh Ginger, peeled and minced
\n1 Tbsp Orange rinds, finely grated
\n\u00bd Cup BALI’S BEST\u00ae Sweet Soy
\n\u00bc Cup Coconut Milk
\n\u00bd Tbsp Chabe\u00ae Sambal Sriracha
\n3 Tbsp Peanut or Vegetable Oil
\nSalt and Pepper to taste<\/p>\n

Instructions
\n1. Put pork strips into a pressure cooker & cook until pork is tender (approximately 30 min.).
\n2. In a separate pan, heat the peanut oil or vegetable oil then add shallots, garlic and ginger. Cook until translucent, about 2 minutes.
\n3. Add orange rinds, Chabe\u00ae Sambal Sriracha, spices and coconut milk.
\n4. Bring to a boil, stirring for two minutes.
\n5. Add BALI’S BEST\u00ae Sweet Soy & continue cooking for another 3-5 minutes until sauce is reduced & slightly thickens.
\n6. Season with salt and pepper.
\n7. Add sauce to pork and simmer for 15 minutes.
