\u2022 3 Tbsp Oil
\n\u2022 3 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
\n\u2022 1 tsp Chinese Five Spice powder
\n\u2022 3 Tbsp Bali\u2019s Best\u00ae Sweet Soy<\/strong>
\n\u2022 \u00bd inch Ginger, finely chopped
\n\u2022 1 tsp Chabe\u00ae Sambal Chili<\/strong>
\n\u2022 1 \u00bd Cups Water
\n\u2022 50 g Shitake Mushrooms, thinly sliced
\n\u2022 \u00bd tsp Salt
\n\u2022 \u00bc tsp Pepper
\n\u2022 \u00bd cup Corn Flour
\n\u2022 \u00bc Pineapple, skin removed, cut into triangles
\n\u2022 1 Red Capsicum, cut into squares
\n\u2022 1 Tub Silken tofu<\/p>\n

Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Cube tofu into \u00bd\u201d x \u00bd\u201d cubes.<\/li>\n
  2. Place corn flour in a bag and roll tofu cubes in flour a few at a time.<\/li>\n
  3. Shallow fry in hot oil until golden. Drain and set aside.<\/li>\n
  4. Saute chopped garlic, ginger and Chabe Sambal Chili until fragrant. Add five spice powder, Bali\u2019s Best Sweet Soy and water. Bring to boil.<\/li>\n
  5. Add mushroom slices and simmer until liquid is condensed to half.<\/li>\n
  6. Add pineapple and red capsicum and return to a boil.<\/li>\n
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste.<\/li>\n
