Asian Grilled Fish with Sweet Soy Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Fish fillet (Salmon, Tilapia or others)
  • 5 Tbsp BALI’S BEST® Sweet Soy
  • 1 Tbsp fresh Ginger, peeled and grated
  • 4 Garlic cloves, finely grated
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • 3 Tbsp Salt to taste
  • Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Chabe® Sambal Sriracha Chili (for spicy option)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and marinate fish in refrigerator about 2-3 hours.
  2. Grill while basting with marinade until cooked. Or bake in oven at 320 F until cooked (20-30 minutes).
  3. Serve warm with rice and include a saucer of Bali’s Best® Sweet Soy as a dip for additional flavor.
