Sweet Soy Glazed Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 1 small lemon, juiced
  • 3 Tbsp Bali’s Best® Sweet Soy
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Green onion, chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Mix Bali’s Best® Sweet Soy, garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. Marinate shrimp with half the sauce for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat butter in a skillet. Add shrimp and discard excess marinade.
  4. Stir-fry over medium-high heat until shrimp turn pink (about 2 minutes per side).
  5. Pour in remaining sauce and cook until glaze thickens.
  6. Garnish with green onion. Enjoy!
