Bali’s Best® Short Ribs

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs short ribs
  • 2 cups Bali’s Best® Sweet Soy(or enough to cover)
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp Chabe® Sambal Sriracha (optional for spicy version)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix Bali’s Best® Sweet Soy, water, garlic, green onions, and sesame oil. For a spicy kick, add Chabe® Sambal Chili Sauce.
  2. Place ribs in a large plastic zipper bag. Pour in the marinade, press out the air, and seal. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high and lightly oil the grate.
  4. Remove ribs from marinade and shake off excess; discard marinade.
  5. Grill ribs for 5–7 minutes per side, or until cooked to your preferred doneness.
