Ingredients
- 2 lbs short ribs
- 2 cups Bali’s Best® Sweet Soy(or enough to cover)
- ¾ cup water
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp Chabe® Sambal Sriracha (optional for spicy version)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Bali’s Best® Sweet Soy, water, garlic, green onions, and sesame oil. For a spicy kick, add Chabe® Sambal Chili Sauce.
- Place ribs in a large plastic zipper bag. Pour in the marinade, press out the air, and seal. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Preheat grill to medium-high and lightly oil the grate.
- Remove ribs from marinade and shake off excess; discard marinade.
- Grill ribs for 5–7 minutes per side, or until cooked to your preferred doneness.
