Ingredients:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1 small lemon, juiced
- 3 Tbsp Bali’s Best® Sweet Soy
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 Green onion, chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Mix Bali’s Best® Sweet Soy, garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Marinate shrimp with half the sauce for 30 minutes.
- Heat butter in a skillet. Add shrimp and discard excess marinade.
- Stir-fry over medium-high heat until shrimp turn pink (about 2 minutes per side).
- Pour in remaining sauce and cook until glaze thickens.
- Garnish with green onion. Enjoy!
