Ingredients
• 3 Tbsp Bali’s Best® Sweet Soy (adjust to taste)
• 3 Tbsp butter
• 3 Tbsp olive oil
• 1 Tbsp red cooking wine (optional)
• 2 cloves garlic, chopped
• 1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat butter & olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add mushrooms, garlic, sweet soy, wine, salt and pepper.
- Cook, stirring often, until mushrooms are lightly browned.
- Lower heat and simmer until tender. Garnish with parsley.
