Soy Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs salmon fillets
  • 5 Tbsp Bali’s Best® Sweet Soy
  • 1 Tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely grated
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and marinate salmon for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill or bake at 320°F for 20–30 minutes, basting with marinade.
  3. Serve with extra Bali’s Best® Sweet Soy on the side.
