Ingredients
- 2 lbs salmon fillets
- 5 Tbsp Bali’s Best® Sweet Soy
- 1 Tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 4 garlic cloves, finely grated
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and marinate salmon for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill or bake at 320°F for 20–30 minutes, basting with marinade.
- Serve with extra Bali’s Best® Sweet Soy on the side.
